All GL offsetting account or counter account should be displayed as part of reporting account in General Ledger Line items report irrespective of whether the transaction is Debit or Credit.

Reason and Prerequisites

All accounts of a journal entry document should be reported as counter account or offsetting account for the reporting account from the same journal entry document.
Solution

All counter accounts should be displayed as part of reporting account from a particular journal entry document. E.g. Journal entry with 4 different accounts, in which two is Debit tarnsaction and 2 is Credit transaction.
In this case, if any one of the account is the reporting account, and all the other three counter accounts should be displayed as “offsetting accounts” for the corresponding “reporting account” irrespective whether the counter account is Debit or Credit
