Bank without account number support in Master Data Sync.

Symptom
This note provides implementation to support Bank details without account number (IBAN only) in Master Data Synchronization.
In Business Partners, Customer and Vendor master, bank details can be created and updated without any account number but with only IBAN.
Master Data Synchronization should also support the synchronization of such bank details between these master data objects.
