Symptom

Hotfix 21206:
tax line item reconciliation: Payments with transfer of deferred tax are not reported correctly, if it is a full payment and if the corresponding invoice has two different tax groups in tax register. Two different tax groups are written in tax register for example if one of two invoice items was discount relevant.
