Change validity of a work contract

Symptom
In personnel file of Work center Personnel Administration, changing the validity of the work contract (hire date / termination date) may lead to lost of data (additional clauses of the contract).
Solution
The solution consists in deploying the Hotfix #18259 and #18365 (for FP2.0 SP0 only).
