Duplicate data and invalid field present in sfsg_scope

This occured due to an errorneous transport
Solution
Just deleted two entries from the table i.e. LIFECYCLE_STATUS_CODE which was a duplicate and A_PA_CITY_NAME which has no mapping in the query builder
