ECS Overview List shows empty ALV lines for ECS items
[Error] [ext panel items] [items.addrange] [items.wil] [listbox.items.add]
Symptom
When going to ECS Overview Screen from the Selection Screen, after correction, blank lines are shown for some ECS items.
