Symptom
In postings with BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and taxes on sales/purchases with zero conditions, the system issues error message FF 804, stating that SHKZG is empty.
The error may occur in customer-specific programs that use the BAPI and in standard SAP applications such as the CRM (customer relationship management) Billing Engine.
