Reason and Prerequisites
GL line items For China, In forms, the “Other document number” is coming empty because “accounting document item note was updated in other document number field”. The field should be updated with “Source document ID”.
GL line items for France, In forms, the “Description” field is updated with only “Accounting document note”. Its a legal requirement the “Description field” should be updated with either of the following 3 – Accounting document item note, accounting document note, Related source document type description.
Solution
GL Line items For China – In forms, the “Other document number” was coming empty since the field was filled with “Accounting document item note”. The field should be filled with “Source document ID” which is the value of supplier invoice, customer invoice, payments, Manual journal entry voucher etc.,The field is now updated with “source document ID”.
GL Line items for France – In forms, the “Description” field was updated only with “Accounting document item note”. But if the “Accounting document item note” is empty then the description field was coming empty. Its a legal requirement the field should be updated with “Accounting document item note” and if it is empty it should be filled with “Accounting document note”, and if still empty then it should be filled “Related source document type description”.
