Symptom
Log on via CRM_UI.
Navigate Claims-> Settlement due list.
Search for transaction ID.
Select the item and click on Collective settlement.
Select Settlement type as Claim Settlement with Tax (A/R).
Click on continue.

Reason and Prerequisites
This problem is caused by a program error.
Solution
This error is corrected in SAP_AP IPC Pricing Engine 7.00 SP16 and onwards.Please apply the latest IPC patch as described in note 880749.The Tax Exemption Certificate functionality is only valid from SP16 onwards,so previous SPs do not require this patch. As a prerequisite of this note customer has to have CRM 700 EhP1 SP00 for CRM billing components and CRM order components.
