iPPE: Visibility of basic data (Basic Data I)

Symptom
The component variant has no assignments to a material or a phantom assembly. However, there is an assignment to the specification of the basic data of the variant (type).
In display mode, the assignment to the type is not displayed because you cannot open the screen area for the basic data. The system does not automatically display the basic data on the “Basic Data I” tab page.
The basic data is displayed in change mode only.
