Symptom

Issue 1. MOM Data Sources like /APC/FUNC_ATTR, /APC/PCTR_ATTR, /APC/PEST_ATTR, /APC/PROG_ATTR, /APC/RLUN_ATTR, /APC/RLUN_MGR, /APC/SEGM_ATTR can not be activated after the upgrade FP 2.0.
Issue 2. Duplicate Key error in Party Info object /APC/Party when Business_Partner and /MOM/Org_Centre have the same respective Internal ID.

Reason and Prerequisites

Issue 1. The BI DataSource will only be activated in the After Import
when the FP2.0 delivered BI DataSource is newer than the active DataSource from before the BI upgrade.
Issue 2. The party Process chain /APC/FD_MD3_PARTY_ANR is failing because the Function Module ‘RSA_CHA_GET_VALUE’ returns numeric-IDs without leading-zeroes which are being eqauted against the ones with leading zeroes.
For FP20-SP0:
Please import the Hotfix 19159 (H0EK003337) before importing Hotfix 19160 (H0EK003356).
For FP20-SP1:
Please import the Hotfix 19159 (MGGK022482) before importing Hotfix 19160 (B2MK000381).

Solution

Solution for Issue 1 and Issue 2.
FP 2.0 SP 00 Request Number H0EK003356 and
FP 2.0 SP 01 Request Number B2MK000381.
This NOTE is a SUCCESSOR for Note 1363224 (a SAP_AP related
HOTFIX). This means, this NOTE 1363140 needs to be implemented AFTER
note 1363224.

The following manual steps are relevant only for systems which are
already set up and running on running on FP2.0 SP0.
Manual post-processing required:
Target group : BI
Target systems : All run-time systems where BI is activated
Effort and runtime : 1 Hour
Execution : uptime or downtime
Required for new installation : No
After the import of hotfix H0EK003356 to ByD FP2.0 SP00 system, the following manual steps have to be done afterwards:
1. Go to tx /nRSOR to check, that the correct source systems (myself
and A1S Web Service) are selected.
2. Go to tx /nSE38, enter report name RSO_CONT_ACT_FOR_REQUESTS and
execute.
3. Option for ‘Transport Request’ shall be checked as ‘MANUAL’.
4. Enter the request H0EK003356 and schedule the program. Please
execute the report in background (Menu->Programm->Execute in the
Background).
5. Check the job with job name RSO_CONT_ACT_FOR_REQUESTS in tx /nSM37.
6. If the job is cancelled, analyse the job log and try to solve the
basis of job failure. If it’s not possible to solve the problem by your
own, please create ticket for the responsible application and
component.
Otherwise reset the status of the following conversion-objects:
- M_FND01/APC/FD_MD3_BPARTNER_AR1
- M_FND01/APC/FD_MD3_PARTY_ANR1
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_FUNCUNIT_AR
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_ORGCENTRE_AR
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_PERMEST_AR
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_PROFITCTR_AR
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_PROGRAMME_AR
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_RLINEUNIT_AR
- M_FND01/APC/MOM_MD3_SEGMENT_AR
and reschedule as described in 2.-4. Reset the status via tx /nSE16 for
table RSOBIXPSTATUS for BIXP_ID = (see the list above), the value of STATUS field has to be set to blank or ‘E’.
7. After the job is finished, go to tx /nSE38 execute report
RSO_CONT_ACT_FOR_REQUESTS to check the log. Use the button ‘Display
Logs’ to select the logs. Analyze the logs: Only yellow and green
messages should occur.
8. Please check also with tx /nRSPCM that the following process chains are running successfully:
- /APC/FD_MD3_BPARTNER_AR
- /APC/FD_MD3_PARTY_ANR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_FUNCUNIT_AR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_ORGCENTRE_AR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_PERMEST_AR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_PROFITCTR_AR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_PROGRAMME_AR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_RLINEUNIT_AR
- /APC/MOM_MD3_SEGMENT_AR
In case of RDA issue please add also point 9 to description of manual
steps:
9. Please check also with tx /nRSRDA that relevant RDA datasources (listed below) are assigned to a running & active Daemon, after the steps above:
