Same warning pop up displayed many times in BP transaction

Symptom
In the Business Partner transaction, whenever there is a warning message it is displayed on a pop up screen. There will be 3 buttons for the user to select. “Yes”, “No” and “Cancel”. Irrespective of the user’s selection, the pop up message is displayed multiple times.

Reason and Prerequisites
When the user chooses “No”, the message should get confirmed and should never be displayed once again to the user. But this was not happening because of a program error.
