MOM DS activation issue

Symptom
MOM Data Sources like /APC/FUNC_ATTR, /APC/PCTR_ATTR, /APC/PEST_ATTR, /APC/PROG_ATTR, /APC/RLUN_ATTR, /APC/RLUN_MGR, /APC/SEGM_ATTR can not be activated after the upgrade FP 2.0.
Reason and Prerequisites
The BI DataSource will only be activated in the After Import
when the FP2.0 delivered BI DataSource is newer than the active DataSource from before the BI upgrade.

Symptom
Issue 1. MOM Data Sources like /APC/FUNC_ATTR, /APC/PCTR_ATTR, /APC/PEST_ATTR, /APC/PROG_ATTR, /APC/RLUN_ATTR, /APC/RLUN_MGR, /APC/SEGM_ATTR can not be activated after the upgrade FP 2.0.
Issue 2. Duplicate Key error in Party Info object /APC/Party when Business_Partner and /MOM/Org_Centre have the same respective Internal ID.
