Symptom
Duplicate checks for IBAN details are available at PAI level. So the duplicate check at FCODE event is unnecessary.
Other terms
BUT0BK, IBAN, LBUD0F01, okcode_bkiban, R1 228, R1228, Bank details &1 &2 &3 in the validity period are not unique, BUP_BUPA_EVENT_FCODE, bup500_pai
