The fields CANCELLATION_ACCDOC_FY_ID and CANCELLATION_ACCDOC_FY_VC were wrongly assigned to ROOT~FISCAL_YEAR_VARIANT_CODE and ROOT~FISCAL_YEAR_ID respectively. Since the FIASV_ACCDOC_ITEM is generic view, queries were returning wrong result
