Incorrect duplicate check occurs on changing BP name

Symptom
When the business partner name is changed using Web UI or BAPI_BUPA_CENTRAL_CHANGE or BUPA_CENTRAL_CHANGE, the BP gets identified as a duplicate. However, the results returned are incorrect and do not match the duplicate check criteria.

Symptom
1)Duplicate address guid in but020.
2) Same address guid refers to two different addresses in but020 and bptime_but020

Reason and Prerequisites
Address guid in but020 and bptime_but020 should refer to the same address. But no such check is done to ensure this.

Duplicate Customer Invoice numbering for India

Symptom
While creating customer invoices for India, the numbering of invoices restarts automatically when fiscal year changes and hence leads to duplicate numbering for Customer Invoices. Seperator maintained in FDT rule is not considered while generating new number
