BYD_HF:Restr.rules missing for FSI view CPS_OVERVIEW_ELEMENT

Symptom
For business object KBF_CPAS query OVERVIEW->QUERY_BY_ELEMENTS
doesn’t retrieve complete list of records if for some of the result
fields no restriction rules are defined. This is the case for
result fields “Creation Partner” and “Last Changed Partner”.
With this corretion the missing restriction rules are provided.
