Symptom
1. Some Work center, Work center view and User interfaces don’t exists in NZS. Eg: “Home” work center
2. operator ‘OR’ doesn’t work in the free text search
3. Application component is not unique and not search relevant (doesn’t return as incident attribute by default)
4. No RBI wiki search in NZS

Symptom
1. If get search result through search middelware webservice, the description of the result documents of Case Document, Correlated Incidents, Help Sources were not shown correctly.
2. Status of Case document and Correlated Incidents are empty.
3.For external Search, only ProductVersion, ErrorMessage, IncidentCategory, WorkCenter, WorkCenterView should be used in search criteria.

Symptom
1. In the Federate Search for Key Users the list of Case Documents has four columns. The last column has the heading “status”.
Right now there are no values for this column when an entry is displayed.
Since the status of the displayed Case Documents for customers would always “Released to Customer”, this information is irrelevant [...]
