Symptom
You post with withholding tax (the parameter ACCOUNTWT or the IDoc segment E1BPACWT is filled) using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST or the IDoc type ACC_DOCUMENT03.
The system issues a short dump GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED from the form FILL_WITH_TAX (SAPLACC9).

Reason and Prerequisites
There is an error in Note 1130678.
This occurs when you fill in other currency types apart from the transaction currency (CURR_TYPE=’00′), such as local currency (CURR_TYPE=’10′).
Solution
