Symptom

For a Sales Order in CRM system ,go to Conditions tab and then clicking the TTE button does not display the new exemptions parameters value in TTE document even though BP have proper master data maintained for Tax Exemption Certificate.

Reason and Prerequisites

The display of TTE document (In Conditions tab of the Order) does not display the new exemptions parameters value even though they are there in Java memory.
Solution

This error is corrected in SAP_AP IPC Pricing Engine 7.00 SP16 and onwards.Please apply the latest IPC patch as described in note 880749.The Tax Exemption Certificate functionality is only valid from SP16 onwards,so previous SPs do not require this patch. As a prerequisite of this note customer has to have CRM 700 EhP1 SP00 for CRM billing components and CRM order components.
