Validity of address independent communication data is inconsistent after data exchange. Sometimes the validity is from 01.01.0001 and at other times from system date

Reason and Prerequisites

BP passes system date for communication data validity but this is changed to 01.01.0001 if some data is entered in the telephone data pop-up. This is because, even though system date is passed for valid from, the time dependency flag is not set. Communication data is always time-dependent from ABA>=700.
