Symptom

1. The condition type customizing of the condition allows the manual processing of the condition.
2. The condition type customizing of the condition does not allow the change of the calculation type.
But when we edit the calculation type for the condition in the business document, a wrong message is raised i.e. “Condition cannot be processed manually”.

Reason and Prerequisites

This is a program error in pricing engine 7.00 up to SP17.
Solution

This error is corrected in SAP_AP 7.0 SP18 onwards and from SAP_AP SP10 to SP17, a patch is available in the service marketplace for correcting this issue, please apply the patch as per the note 880749.

The following are the changes that were done:
1) Go to transaction se91.
2) Select Message Class PRC_PRI.
3) Set the Message Number as 203 and the Message Short Text as “Calculation Type for Condition &1 cannot be processed manually”.
4) Click on the Save button.
